Samsung Eco Bubble

DISCLAIMER : This post is sponsored by Samsung

Rofl! Have you watch this video before?? I saw this ads regarding a bear turn into polar bear. Pretty creative and funny I must say XD

I did not expect it will turn into polar bear. Awesome idea! After watch the video, I did a quick look on the new washing machine by Samsung. Well it is Ecobubble™ washing machine from Samsung. The main selling point of this machine is it is an eco-friendly washing machine. How?

Samsung’s ecobubble™ technology uses a bubble generator to dissolve detergent into the water and inject air, making a rich soapy foam cushion. This means detergent is better dissolved and penetrates clothes faster so cleaning needs less hot water. Super Eco Wash mode washes at just 15°C with great results, so you save energy.

Another important key features of Ecobubble™ washing machine are :

  • Vibration Reduction Technology™ (available on selected models)
  • Durable and efficient motor (available on selected models)
  • Diamond Drum™
  • Anti-limescale heater

It make me feel like want to have one of this washing machine! Most important reason is because it is eco-friendly for me! For more info, visit http://www.samsung.com/uk/ecobubble/

New Year Penang Trip : Dim Sum @ Old Winston

On the 3rd day of my trip to Penang, finally both me and Betina went into town. She brought me to had dim sum again at Old Winston.

Well, my first time here. It is all self service. Just went in, grab a seat, then went to those hawker alike stall and start taking whichever dim sum you want.

Their dim sum are pretty good. At least taste better than Ming Court we had at Ipoh earlier. Price is pretty reasonable too. Honestly, dim sum never failed to make my stomach full.

Great place to spend on the early morning. We move to our next makan destination after dim sum. Yea tummy are pretty full but nothing gonna stop us from eating!

Visiber Staff Appreciation Dinner Movie Night

Ta daaa! It is my company dinner last Friday with movie night as the theme. That's mean everyone has to dress up as a movie character. Being 100% kiam I definitely not willing to foot up a pennie to rent for costume. Thus I came our with my own costume..oh well sorta...anyone wanna make a wild guess which character I am? :P

Nevertheless, I have fun in the dinner. Awesome food, awesome performance from each of the company (our performance video are below), awesome lucky draw! Sad I only got myself a RM50 jusco voucher from the lucky draw. At least better than nothing. Well it is really nothing if to compare with grand prizes such as iPad, iPhone 5 and Samsung Galaxy III.

* Nobita, Doraemon and Giant .. close enough XD *
* Trident Shield again *

Here is the video that we used for our company, Trident Shield performances! Well we got alot response! At least every audiences are entertained. Too bad we couldn't win the best performance but we quite satisfied with what we did :)

Nevertheless, it was my actually first year joined a company dinner. 10 months working experience do really made me feel like grow up abit. Being good or bad, I know this is life that we have to go through to learn. I had a dream, literally a real dream when I am sleeping and the moment I woke up, I know I gotta make it come true together with my gf :) Let's hope everything goes well.

New Year Penang Trip : Duck Egg Char Koay Teow and Duck @ Bukit Mertajam

I have too many things I wanna blog about my recent Penang trips but I just lost my direction on where should I slot in. Ok mostly are about food..u know that stupid island are to made us KL ppl grow fat LOL..Nevertheless, this post are the 2nd night at Penang food. I have TAO on 1st night in Penang btw.

I just follow Jason and Yat to wherever they are! They brought few of us to try famous or nice food around Bukit Mertajam. This was actually my first time tried foods outside the island. Thus, our first stop was the Duck Egg Char Koay Teow near Jalan Pasar.

Yea it just a small stall opened on road side. The price was RM2.50 and yes, the portion very small as expected. However the taste is quite nice and unique. Something difference from usual CKT. Abit regret did not add additional Fried Duck Egg. Heard from Jason it was a bomb.

Later we move on to nearest temple there for a hawker stall. For some unknown info they know that there got awesome duck. So without hesitating few of us ordered half duck for ourself. It cost RM18! Cheap lor!

Felt the duck pretty overated. Nothing to shout about. Personally Sun Ming Duck at Taman Connaught still the best for me. Talk about Sun Ming duck, I miss it. Anyone wanna eat with me? :3

Jason managed to discovered a Hokkien Mee (Prawn Mee) that allowed you to add alot stuff insides. Err well it is no longer a Prawn Mee.

See the chicken leg in the bowl? LOL he even add few pork meat inside. No idea how much it cost but the soup not bad. Much better than KL 1 at least.

It is shame we couldn't discovered more food on Bukit Mertajam since we are rushing to Jolyn house for so called dinner before wedding dinner night on next day or whatever it called. Alright that's my day 2 food at Penang. Shall continue the Day 3 1 on next post and that will conclude my whole experience at Penang during my trip.

Hansel And Gretel: Witch Hunters Premier Screening

Courtesy to Nuffnang, I get to watch Hansel And Gretel: Witch Hunters premier screening before it release in cinema.

After getting a taste for blood as children, Hansel (Jeremy Renner) and Gretel (Gemma Arterton) have become the ultimate vigilantes, hell bent on retribution. Now, unbeknownst to them, Hansel and Gretel have become the hunted, and must face an evil far greater than witches...their past.

Another fairy tale adaption movie with a twist. Honestly I have no idea Hansel & Gratel is from fairy tale until I saw the candy house. The first 10 minutes of the movie are exactly what the story book are except with a little twist to fit into this whole boring movie.

Don't get me wrong! I said it is bored coz of dull, predictable and no brainer story line. Very straight forward story telling where they fight fight fight, lose to the main boss, then keep fight fight fight, win! I would said the movie covered pretty much on action but a little disappointment on the gore part. They should do it more!

Not much character development in this movie. Jeremy Renner as Hansel in this movie pretty dull, lazy and half hearted. Since both Hansel and Gretel are witch hunters, I pretty much expecting they have good combat skill or at least, they are good with their weapon. But throughout the whole movie they failed to nailed down any of the witch with their gun or crossbow. The side character, Benjamin can even shoot down the evil witch with a shot when the witch are running away. Dafuq shame on you witch hunters!

I though it gonna be alot troll as well in the movie but apparently only one troll who named as Edward. Troll much? :P There is also white witch who does nothing beside spread some holy water on the weapon. Hansel who said have to take inject some medicine each few hours or else he will die seem forgotten by the director because he can survive for few days before the last battle without inject any of the medicine.

As usual, went together with the gang and start some pre-party drinking session at the dark car park. Brought my Baby Zeekon and 12mm f2 as my companion of the night. Gosh still loving my 12mm so much eventhough I wish I could afford Pana 7-14mm f4.

Nothing to shout on the event. just one word, AWESOME! Red Foo and Steve Aoki done a great job last night! Sound speaker was nice - loud and clear. Party people goes crazy around and so on. Too bad, cant get close to the stage for photos.

Friends around most matters for me ;) Familiar faces around again who never feel bored partying.
