Woops! My first screening on 2011! Courtesy to Nuffnang, i get to watch Season of the Witch Premier Screening a day before it official release in Malaysia. Brought Shannon as my guest ;)

A 14th century Crusader returns with his comrade to a homeland devastated by the Black Plague. A beleaguered church, identifying sorcery as the culprit of the plague, commands the two knights to transport an accused witch to a remote abbey, where monks will perform a ritual in hopes of ending the pestilence. A priest, a grieving knight, an itinerant swindler and a headstrong youth who can only dream of becoming a knight join a mission troubled by mythically hostile wilderness and fierce contention over the fate of the girl.

If ppl gonna describe this movie as FREAKY, CREEPY and YUCKY, then i gonna summarized it into 1 word, DISAPPOINTED! Honestly i was expecting something like Crusader/Knight VS Mage/Witch/Sorceress like we usually play in video game! However this movie just mainly bored and totally out of the title :(..The witch was actually not a witch but something else -____-..a demon. And the demon easily die by namonamonamonamo amen and bye bye wtf. Storyline wise was abit expectedable and not well arrange in my POV. Mind u, this movie is totally related with Jesus or GOD. Totally a big SIGH for me on this movie :( I rather go watch Harry Potter for real magic

Advisable not to watch this in cinema. But if u r Nicholas Cage fans, y not i guess =X..i am not gonna trust Nicholas anymore and prefer Johnny! :D
