Summary : Just as Kamen Rider Accel prepares to attack Makiko, Kamen Rider Double HeatMetal intervenes allowing Makiko to escape. After Accel and Double fight, causing Double's transformation to end, Accel prepares to attack Shotaro until Akiko stops him. Ryu leaves, angry that Shotaro has gotten in the way of him finding the owner of the Gaia Memory with a W on it. While Philip at the agency is trying to discover why Ryu is searching for this particular Gaia Memory, at the Paranormal Criminal Investigation Division, Makura and Jinno brief Ryu on the whereabouts of Makiko Katahira. While Philip tries to find the Gaia Memory in the Gaia Library, Shotaro goes to see Watcherman for information on Makiko. Ryu, however, has tracked down Makiko who is meeting with her son Kiyoshi on how things are getting out of hand. Once Kiyoshi leaves, Ryu as Accel attacks Makiko until his attacks are halted by the Fang Memory. Philip and Shotaro transform into Kamen Rider Double FangJoker to give Makiko time to escape as well as allow Philip to question Ryu on his goals. As they reach a stalemate, they end the transformations and Ryu tells Shotaro, Philip, and Akiko that he is searching for the owner of the W Gaia Memory. Philip promises that he will help in this search, but he needs to know more. Elsewhere, Saeko and Wakana get manicures as Saeko tells Wakana more about the Museum, especially the man with the W Memory. Ryu tells them about how he found his parents and sister frozen solid, similar to how the icy Dopant has attacked people, and his father managed to tell him that someone with a W Gaia Memory was the culprit shortly before they shattered. He also mentions how he met the woman who calls herself Shroud and how she gave him the EngineBlade. This is why he is looking for Makiko, but Shotaro informs him that Makiko is not the Dopant. They go to a dance club where they find Kiyoshi and where they confront him about the Dopant activities, upon which he reveals the Gaia Memory. Shotaro then deduces that Makiko was only trying to protect her son by taking the blame for the Dopant's activities and Kiyoshi admits that he has been attacking people who insult his mother. Suddenly, Makiko arrives, pleading for Kiyoshi to give himself up, but he angrily says he cannot and escapes as the icy Dopant. Shotaro and Philip give chase as Ryu begins to contemplate how Shotaro treats these cases. As HeatJoker and then HeatTrigger, Kamen Rider Double has trouble with the icy Dopant's abilities and is overwhelmed until Ryu appears once more and transforms into Accel. Using the EngineBlade and the Engine Memory's Steam abilities, Kamen Rider Accel is able to deflect the Dopant's attacks and uses a Maximum Drive to expel the Gaia Memory from Kiyoshi. Just as it appears that he is about to strike Kiyoshi with the EngineBlade, everyone is surprised as Ryu slaps handcuffs on Kiyoshi, stating that he has learned to be more half-boiled about his approach. He picks up the Gaia Memory and realizes that it is the IceAge Memory, and not the W Memory.
At an upscale restaurant, Wakana and Saeko end their meeting with the Museum official. Wakana states that the man instills more fear in her than her own father. Saeko explains that the Sonozaki family owes much to this man who sits at a piano and begins playing, until he pulls out a Gaia Memory: the Weather Memory
