Summary : After finding Philip trying to train like a boxer in the RevolGarry's cockpit (and while Philip catches a glance of a tiny dinosaur robot), the Narumi Detective Agency gets a new client. Fuyumi Aso asks them to search for the Kamen Rider who has gone on a crime spree. Shotaro is shocked that someone is calling themselves a Kamen Rider and causing crimes, leading him to take on the case. He goes out to investigate and learns that the culprit has nearly killed several armored truck drivers to steal the money within. At the Sonozaki mansion, Ryubee shows Saeko Wakana's Gaia Memory, and reminds her of their mission. Shotaro finds the culprit Dopant riding a motorcycle to attack the next armored truck and he arrives as Kamen Rider Double in time to stop the attack. However, he is easily outmatched by the Dopant who uses several firearms to fend off Double and escapes, leaving only a small scrap of metal behind. Later, Akiko and Shotaro confront Fuyumi about the Dopant and she reveals that she is one half of the Twin Rose cat burglar team, and her partner Kenji Kurata is the Arms Dopant. She asked for Shotaro's help because she fears what Kurata has become since he got the Gaia Memory. With this information, Philip searches for where Kurata's hideout is without any luck. Once Akiko identifies the piece of metal as being apple-shaped, this new information leads them to the Sherwood Building. With Akiko and Fuyumi, Shotaro confronts Kurata over the fact that he should not be calling himself a "Kamen Rider" and orders him to give himself up. Kurata, under the Gaia Memory's influence, does not see Shotaro as a threat and transforms into the Arms Dopant to face him. Shotaro transforms into Kamen Rider Double and fights the Arms Dopant, until he gets a call from his client who tells him to follow their plan. He calls upon a small army of Masquerade Dopants who have captured Akiko and Fuyumi. He orders Double to untransform or he will kill Akiko. Shotaro follows through, while keeping in mental contact with Philip to prepare another memory, but the Arms Dopant fires a bullet that closes up the right side of Shotaro's Double Driver once the Gaia Memory is removed. When Philip staggers out of hiding from the RevolGarry, he is fired upon by the Masquerade Dopants and runs outside where he comes across Saeko. With open arms, Saeko walks towards Philip, and calls him Raito, the "Child of Fate".
