Summary : While doing some research in the Gaia Library, Philippe comes across a locked book he cannot open titled "Heaven's Tornado". While Shotaro and Akiko are waiting for a new client, a note tied to a rock flies into the window, asking for the agency to investigate a group called the "Dark Pest Controllers". When Philippe begins writing all over the walls upstairs and realizes he cannot go any further without contacting a young man he has identified as the charisma dancer Dango Inamoto, he leaves the office to hunt him down with Akiko in tow. However after confronting Dango about the Heaven's Tornado and showing his own dance moves, Dango refuses to tell Philippe anything and leaves. Philippe and Akiko follow him to his bus as Shotaro arrives at the Kazehana High School to be confronted by the school's security. However, when the principal is attacked by the Cockroach Dopant, Shotaro and Philippe transform into Kamen Rider Double. The Cockroach Dopant is nearly defeated after the two transform into LunaTrigger until Akiko sends the Stag Phone to tell Philippe that Dango is getting off of the bus, allowing the Dopant to escape. When Dango arrives, he begins dancing and calling out for Chizuru Hoshino, his former dance partner, a fact that Philippe takes into account when Dango's boombox is shut off by a teacher and he runs off in search of Chizuru. As Philippe and Akiko follow Dango, they are suddenly attacked by the Smilodon Dopant. Elsewhere, Shotaro meets with his informants Queen and Elizabeth, who show him the Dark Pest Control's website and that the next target is Chizuru Hoshino. Shotaro returns to Kazehana High School and meets up with Dango just as Chizuru is attacked by the Cockroach Dopant. However, before he can transform into Kamen Rider Double, Philippe and Akiko have to escape from the Smilodon Dopant by jumping off of an overpass into a garbage truck. Once more, Kamen Rider Double LunaTrigger has the Cockroach Dopant in his sights when he is distracted by Dango and Chizuru fighting, giving the Cockroach Dopant the opportunity to steal the Luna and Trigger Memories right out of the Double Driver.
