Tales of Couple G

Unbelievable and unexpected experience happened on my Baby GG. He met his another soulmate.

This thing happened when i went out for dinner with my dear last week. Everything was normal during our outing & paktorlogy until my dear took out her G900 for calling and texting her classmate. Once Baby GG met my dear G900, he fell in love on "her" for the first sight. Thus he keep urge me to ask what is "her" name (however i fail to figure it out XP..so i'll refer "her" as G900 base on her origin name).

From that day onward, Baby GG was in deep love with G900. He refused to sleep everynight (ok actually i am the one who din switch off him XD) and he keep exhausting 2 days after charge (i am d 1 who use him for calling n listen music often XD). To solve my Baby GG heart problem, thus me & my dear decided to allow them meet and have a date yesterday.

From my previous post, i said i going date with my dear for movie. In addition, we grab this opportunity to allow Baby GG and G900 to meet and communicate to each other. As conclusion, my Baby GG success and found his soulmate!! Weeee!!

as Chinese idiom said, "物似主人形"...my Baby GG inherit me tats why he success! hahaha...so as conclusion, everytime i date wif my dear = my Baby GG date wif his dear too =)

My Paktorlogy - Night At The Museum : Battle of Smithsonian

Today went out paktor with my dear! However things happen kinda rush because i went TS for movie immediately after my class over. Once i reached, i queue up to buy the tics and i saw alot ppl eventhough is weekday. As i expected, those student holidays (and most of them skip school! I know! LOL). After bought the movie tic, Night At The Museum : Battle of Smithsonian, i rush to KFC to get lunch with my dear.

I am the one who eat since i havent eat. I finish up Zinger Max Burger set in 10 min XP..after tat v run to cinema for movie..So how was the movie? I dun wish to spoil it. So if anyone interested for it, feel free to drop by GreenTeaMovie for movie review =). However i must say this movie is funny like hell =D. We laugh all d way from beginning till d end..hehe

Anyway, i felt today kinda quick@speed outing with my dear. We dun have any special plan to spend time together. However i enjoy d moment i spend wif her in cinema =)

Found a interesting water. Thus i m interested to shoot it and compare the differences when i shoot with fast & slow shutter speed.

Terminator : Salvation Premier Screening with Nuffnanger

BOO! This is my second time join Nuffnang movie screening. The first time was Dragonball Evolution screening. Meet up and gather with alot my buddies in innit for dinner before the screening. My buddies who join the screening are Jacq, Jeffro, Eve, Jess, Bern, WenPink, Isaac, Serge, Alex, Suresh and as well as Max with his uncle. Unfortunately Ken is the last person who join us before we went to collect out tics.

The movie was screened on Cineleisure, another place that located at damansara area and this is my very first time been there. Thus what else? i grab this opportunity to capture d building image XD..Too bad i din brought my tripod along..

Once me & jacq reached, we waited for jess to came. As soon as she came, she suggested to get dinner at Mahatten Fish Market (MFM)..my another first time.

They have too many variety of choices in d menu and cause me reli surrender..dunno what to eat XD..so at last i ordered the cheapest (i guess) food which is fish and chips with Dory fish..LOL!

Basically the food was nice but the fish was so damn oily! Once Ken reach at MFM to meet us up, he show us the Terminator pass that he already collected. Once everyone saw the tics, the lost their mind and immediately went to pay for d bill and run to the Cathay Cineplex to collect d pass.

Obviously we saw alot new faces of nuffnangers. However the old faces are still available! hahaha..while waiting for d movie started, we start our camwhore and photography session.

The movie was superb nice! Though i dun understand much d plot (because i have forgotten all the previous terminator movie story), but the the action and visual effect was cool! Base on Bern explanation, the purposes of this story was to introduce two new character which is Marcus Wright and Karls Reese (i think he spelled like that).

Synopsis :

The year is 2018.

Judgment Day has come and gone, leveling modern civilization. An army of Terminators roams the post-apocalyptic landscape, killing or collecting humans where they hide in the desolate cities and deserts. But small groups of survivors have organized into a Resistance, hiding in underground bunkers and striking when they can against an enemy force that vastly outnumbers them.
Controlling the Terminators is the artificial intelligence network Skynet, which became self-aware 14 years earlier and, in the blink of an eye, turned on its creators, unleashing nuclear annihilation on an unsuspecting world.

After d movie, i fetched jacq & bern back. While on d way back, i suddenly suggested to yumcha at Steven Corner because i was damn thirsty (i din drink anything after d dinner).

I alwiz believe night scenery is one of the beautiful scenery. It gave us a relaxing and warm feeling whenever we feel the wind blowing on us the the beautiful light lighten on all building.

Thus i alwiz wanted to take up the challenge to capture night photography. I tried it for d first time at Pasar Malam and my neighbor house. But i am not satisfy with it and i wanted to try it out more.

i might wanna take next challenge, take KLCC night scenery. If i reli have skill on photography, i bet d pics will look nice =)

*pifff!!*...been rain since this morning when i m in class. i was hope d rain faster stop and i can went out to capture dark cloud pics. But unfortunately after class sun appeared..sigh

However GOD still love me! HE gave me another chance once i reach home. Oh well..i guess i m still sucks capturing motion anyway XP..but thx for d oppurtunity..

Lunch

Had my worst ever lunch today at uni. Due to insufficient cash in my wallet, i have no choice but to pick this pathetic food from the auntie.

Bought this little food from Block B canteen, d "Xiao Chow" auntie stall. I was expecting this nasi lemak was good since her food was not bad. This mini nasi lemak cost me RM2.50.

Once i bought it and poke around d rice wif spoon, i m disappointed! The rice is harder than a rock! I need use 50% of my energy to poke through it! in addition, the sambal not enuf taste. The chickens meat was too hard as well and dry like mad..omg! If i know earlier i'll spend RM2 to buy 4 pieces of egg sandwiches from her..sigh..nvm, lesson for me today. Don't judge a book by it's cover..WTF!

Going for terminator screening later. Thx Jacq for d tics and invitation. Been owe her alot. Hope can repay back to her someday..hahaha..

Assignment : Design & Layout

Ok cool! i have another software class this sem which is design & layout. In this class we mixed with Mass Comm student. So in other word i m same class wif joe. Anyway the software we gonna use in this class are photoshop, illustrator and in design.

What can i expect from this class? the lecturer was my last sem visual com lecturer aka my department staff as well, Ms Shafida. She was teaching a very basic things in class and she gave us assigment last week which is change a black & white pictures in to color.





And here is my work. I did 2 version..another version just for fun XP..




and today she taught us use layer,mask,transform and bla bla in photoshop. I din reli pay attention in class coz i knew all d stuffs...LOL..so while she teaching..i adi done my work that she suppose to ask us done today..LOL XD..

Duan Wu Jie (Dumpling Festival)

I saw my mum prepared alot ingredients yesterday. When i looked on those ingredients such as Belly Pork, Split mung beans, Preserved egg yolks, Glutinous rice, Chinese mushrooms, Roast duck and etc (for full resipe, click here) i realize dumpling festival is coming. As u all know, i m not chinese educated and i dun even know what v call dumpling festival as in chinese. Not until my gf told me it was known as Duan Wu Jie.

So how was Duan Wu Jie started? Lets flash back into history...


" Like many traditional Chinese foods, the traditional Chinese rice dumpling was created to honor an honorable in China's history - the divine Qu Yuan (340-278 B.C.) - the famous pioneer poet of ancient China. Traditionally held on the fifth day of the fifth moon on the lunar calendar - late May to mid June on the solar calendar (4th June this year) - the Dragon Boat Festival commemorates Qu Yuan's life and death. Qu Yuan, who was then a minister of his home state, advocated reform to his state of Chu, which angered the King.

The King continually refused to listen to Qu Yuan's advice and instead banished him from the state of Chu. In exile, Qu Yuan wrote poetry expressing his concern for his country and people. In 278 B.C., when Qu Yuan heard that his home had been invaded, he committed suicide by drowning himself in the famous Ni Lo River. The people of Chu rushed to the river to rescue their beloved minister. Too late to save Qu Yuan, they splashed furiously and threw steamed rice wrapped in reed leaf into the river as a sacrifice to his spirit and to keep the fish from consuming Qu Yuan's body.

Since that time more than 2000 years ago, it has been customary during the dumpling festival to enjoy rice dumplings as a memorial to this patriotic poet. Right till today, everyone who has tried rice dumplings is impressed with the delicacy of this snack, with the faint scent of the leaves imprinted on the skin of the dumplings. In fact, dumplings are now consumed throughout the year by anyone who enjoys this rice pyramid of delight. "

Haha i bet only noob like me who need refer duan wu jie history XD. Anyway Dumpling Rice came in various taste. The one my mum usually prepared and served to us was known as Salted Rice Dumpling with Egg Yolk (Wrapped with bamboo leaves, this Chinese-style rice dumpling that is generous with its fillings, is made from fried glutinous rice and a filling of egg yolk, chestnut, mushroom and pork cubes marinated with five spices).

Pizza San Francisco

Just back from dinner (or mayb supper -,-) with my dear and her classmate. We went to eat at Pizza San Francisco that located at Seksyen 5 (d building that opposite SMK Seksyen 5).

It was my first time eat at this shop. Another Pizza shop after Marco Pizza & Pastamania for me. Basically i felt the food at this shop wasn't as good as d shop i mentioned just now. Their taste was nth special and portion are quite small for a regular pizza (even smaller than pizza hut..).what about d price? Is almost same as Marco Pizza or Pastamania.

Yo! Been promised to post this post but i have to delayed it until today due to some technical prob. Huh? What am i talking about? Still remember the MDG that i attended last week at the curve? yeap! i just did some full review on d event. So today i would like to reveal what happen to all of before,during & after the event! haha..



As usual, what we blogger did when we are in an event? especially someone who owned a digital camera or DSLR? haha bingo! we do camwhore and snap around d pics! This will be my first event ever i shoot wif my baby konkon.

Later me, jacq, dusty, isaac and hitomi went to Sakae Sushi for dinner since few of us havent eat yet. Jess join us later since she was late. It was my first time eat sakae sushi. besides this d only sushi shop i went was sushi king. The price for food here is kinda in high range. However the environment was not bad for me.

When we was about to pay the bills, jess purposely ask the waitress to separate the bill. As the result, the waitress din write the bill for me and pooff! I NO NEED PAY!! I eat "pa wong chan" tat day XD..hahaha..as soon as we finished our dinner, d event started.
