Priority

Looking my January archive, fuh only 7 post (8 including this)... Guess what? I do admit blogging is no longer my top priority now. Ok maybe I have no material to blog as well and I dowanna turn my blog into rant page. You can check my Dayre if you wanna see my rant LOL

So yea, no longer priority but doesn't mean I am given up. I am slowly turning my blog into something else and direction. Don'y worry, it is still life style blog and very personal. It just meant I won't update it as frequent as I could like last time.

2014

Opss it is new year already. My blog are growing fungus and spider web day by day. Motivation ada, material and stuff to blog tarak. Hence, lack of update. Most my random stuff are available daily in Dayre though. Anyway, here some short, compilation and things happened to me this few days.

On the new year itself, bought presents for my parent. A MP3 player, Sony E385 - 16GB storage that can store in dunno how many thousands song for mum and also Nokia Asha 210 for dad coz his current phone abit not convenience to use and he refuse to change.

I am surprise such low end phone support Whatsapp, twitter and Facebook :P Guess time to teach him use that. Not getting him any Android since he still prefer simple and basic phone. Almost get him Nokia 515 though coz the design is so classic and nice finishing! Too bad no wifi and price are ridiculously high.

It is the beginning of new year. Hopefully everything went smoothly especially things that happened around everyone and me. Things are pretty much settle down now and what's left time will tell. Let's hope this Sunday I manage to go out and do some street shooting with Robin.

Hey, Monday!

Another unproductive last week in my own blog. Seriously I just couldn't bring myself to blog when I am tired, mentally and physically. So, I started to salute my old self and you all who can update blog everyday. Come to think of it, nothing interesting happened to me this month. Mostly focused on my client project and has no time for me, myself and I.. Well except I manage to have a short trip to Ipoh with friends on last weekend courtesy of Honda. Thanks God I am not into car much. Poison manage to resisted eventhough the Civic Hybrid are nice to drive! Ok CR-Z are even better! I shall blog about this trip after my busy week over!

October ending soon. I promised that I will complete all my HK trips before end of October but unfortunately I gotta postpone it till early next month. Reason being was stated above, I am tired and busy. Doing freelance in this whole month has taught me pretty couple of things in dealing with client though I am very sure I just show my grumpy face in front of them on today meeting :/ Life not easy. Earning money also never be easy. Gotta work hard! Hope can complete the project ASAP and I can concentrate looking for a job.

New Companion

So, my blog once again grow spider web. Geez hate myself for not able to blog when I am stress over my job. Mind just completely focused on works and laziness to blog born. So how's my life? Nothing much to shout. Still handling client project which the events gonna take place on next Thursday. Due to this, I don't have chance to go Thailand to accompanied my gf where she will return next Friday. Oh well, good luck to myself! This week is a critical week for the project and I afraid I don't have much time to blog :(

Nevertheless, I bought something for myself yesterday. Felt like I spend alot money since the beginning of the months till now piff.. So yea it is Olympus 45mm f1.8 lens! Like finally I invest on another prime lens. Felt very lucky to be able to get cheap deal as used unit. I almost go to buy a new unit because I know it is hard to get second hand for 45mm. However I told myself be patient and keep calm. Jeng! I guess it is sorta God bless for me to be able found nice deal. Alright, gotta shoot more with 45mm now and get familiarize with the lens. Next step, Olympus OM-D E-M1! Opss actually there is another thing coming soon all the way from Thailand ;)

Was supposingly start my training at one of the 3D studio today but got some unfortunate news that training won't be start anytime soon as long as the fund wasn't get approval. FML! Waited for a month for the fund approval and yet no sound at all from the party. I already gave up waiting for this job and immediately sent my resume to Nuffnang. Fuh feel like challenging on job that I had zero experience. Well that's it if I am call for interview and got the job :/ or else I need to re-look it again..uh I has been jobless for three months...

Quarter Life

Well, seem like I started to abandon my blog again. Sorry! I been really busy with job! Client been chasing here and there. Guess really not easy doing freelances. Nevertheless, it is October. One of my favourite month in calendar and 3 more months to go before the end of year 2013. Time really goes too fast.

If you guys ask me why I like October, of course it is because of my birthday! and Octoberfest maybe? :P So yea, my birthday. Nothing much to shout. Don't remember since when I started to do not expect anything on my own birthday. Of course, last year was good thanks to friends throwing some surprise for me ;) This year seem like usual. GF did celebrate with me secretly in advance. Parent bought the same cake for me for the past few years to celebrate with me as well. Not that I hate the cake, perhaps I should advice them change to other cake in future.

Manage to meet up with my aunt yesterday at her work place and she insisted to treat me for lunch as to celebrate my birthday. We went to Skippy Pizza as suggested by her since she said she never try before. I couldn't reject that offer well you know, it is pork afterall :P Ordered their signature Pork Chop and also 9" Meat Lover pizza that full with pork.

The Pork Chop abit too dry and thick. Taste is there but the texture and chewing sensation not so pleasant. The pizza is great! I have no complain. Thanks to my aunt again for treating me lunch :) I shall treat her back when I got new job.. which coming soon hopefully.

Sometimes in my life things come and go pretty fast. In a blink of eye, I just let go my HTC One. Don't get me wrong, it is still an awesome phone. One of the best Android I ever used and the Sense 5 UI is really perfect. Reason I selling it because I am itchy for some good camera on phone. The ultrapixel is good, but the 4mp still had limitation.

So yea, sell off my HTC One, got the money, used Sony Xperia Neo as my temporarily phone then only come to realization I don't have enough money to purchase my next phone. FML. Thus, been using my Xperia Neo for 2 days until miracle happened that I got cheap offer of Sony Xperia Z1.

Finally, I am back to Sony again after lurking around with other phone brands for a years plus and skipping the Xperia Z. I will do review on the Sony Xperia Z1, so stay tune!

I am officially on quarter life now. Things will start to look difference now with and alot thing will start changing. Cough at least someone just pointed out the first thing I changed is my phone hahaha. Oh well, gotta work hard! So, Happy Birthday to myself and thanks for everyone who wishes me throw difference platform! I'll try to update my blog whenever I am free. At the moment, I an busy earning money to get Olympus OM-D E-M1!

Ah boy and Hong chai. Well Ah boy coz I am a boy duh.. Hong chai coz that's my last name? Nothing funny or extraodinary. I should be glad my family din call me something weird. So, life goes on. Oh wait, my sis like to call me Curry Kepala Ikan. It just random because I called her Ham Jie Sau, derived from Ham Chu Sau (Salty pig hand) where I replace the Chu (pig) to jie (sister).

2. What’s a weird habit of yours?
err bite straw when I found out my drink already finished drink.

3. Do you have any weird phobias?
Let's see.. Probably no eventough I am afraid of ghost but most of the time I just act cool and mastered art of ignorance. Be positive mind, emit positive energy. That's how I always survive watching horror movie.

4. What’s a song you secretly love to blast and belt out when you’re alone?
Most probably all songs by Mayday 五月天 and japanese K-rock. Why? Coz K-pop suck aka K-pop hou lan diu.

5. What’s one of your biggest pet peeves?
I guess guy is simple. money and woman. Oh well, money for me XD Always heard how awesome friends job, how tiring their job, how much they can earn and me myself who in this working line feel like MEHHHH I also has awesome job, awesome working hour (can be work till 3-4-5-6am daily) but peanut pay. Designer are often under appreciated and underpaid.. oh waiii I have no right to complain now since I am jobless.

Bleh I though pet peeves is something I supposed worried -_- Thanks Sher Lynn for pointing it out. Err so it is something that irritates me? Wah damn alot. People who more handsome than me, people who richer than me, people who taller than me..opss that's basically everyone in this world irritates me. Ok just joking. I guess it is someone who take advantage on me kua. Wah damn pek cek one sometime when they need your help they like doggy come come and get ur sympathy. After done the job for them they will disappeared like genie in the lamp. Then proceed with doggy again next time. Niama!

6. What’s one of your nervous habits?
Well I get quite nervous when doing ice breaking session in a group of unknown people. My heart beat will increase very fast and back to normal once my turn is over. Maybe I just not confident enough.

7. What side of the bed do you sleep on?
Uh what side? How many side does a bed has? I only has single bed so..I am sleeping on 1 side.

8. What was your first stuffed animal and it’s name?
Shit this is seriously testing my memory. Too much rendang ayam this raya and I got bad memory now. So nop I don't remember my first stuffed toys name but it is a white dog given by le gf. Unfortunately it couldn't survive long because my sister hand itchy and go poke the dog eye until it came out. I remember I cried. Le sigh

9. What’s the drink you always order at Starbucks?
Mehh Starbucks is so overated. I don't really have any particular favourite drink in Starbucks but I know I always ordered Java Chip. Don't ask why. I just follow my feeling. Sometime I will order Green Tea frap too.

Current Me

I dunno will you guys tired reading my blog that full with events, foods or maybe gadgets only. To be honest I am abit tired with this.. I started to miss writing my own personal life in my blog. You know, people from my time wrote blog as a diary :P Anyway, here's my current life. I quit my job a day before I left to Hong Kong for vacation. Don't ask why. I took a big risk to quit it, hoping to get a better job and something I really wanna do. But in the same time I am afraid of rejection. I dunno is my portfolio good enough? I am willing to learn and I dare to admit I am a fast learner. I am the type easily to adapt as well. Since the day I quite my job, I havent actually tried to submit any of my resume to others. There are too many things in my heart.

I have too many dream, too many things I wanna achieve in life. Yea, you guys gonna tell me "Do it one by 1! Achieve the small dream first!" Well, I don't have small dream unfortunately.. Ok maybe be fulltime blogger consider small dream? Nah I gonna die without any income. Started to struggle abit now and I am watching my spending now time to time. I am not really a big spender but sometime I just wouldn't mind spend most of my money on foods. Well gadget as well if I think it is a need. Cough. Want.

Yea just bought myself a Rode mic. Been needing. cough. Wanting to have it since last year but I just keep hesitate. What driven me got it suddenly? Well because of this.

Begin to shoot a short film again after a year for a competition. I joined last year. Kinda forcefully. And of course I didn't manage to win anything. I am trying my luck again this year, hoping I can see some improvement on myself. Plus, it is my last year joining this competition since it got age limit. It just shown that how old I am now :( Nevertheless, maybe I should start cheat small kid to join the competition under their name LOL

I had fun shooting this few days. Tiring but I do realize something. I can't multitask a shit on something I am not experience of. I felt helpless too sometimes. Anyway, I am willing to give out everything I know on this time to submit for the competition since I am still jobless now. I guess I am more than happy if I manage to get into top 10. Well, dream on.

I wanna take a break in this whole August, concentrating on editing this video, designing my new room (yea I am shifting house), and perhaps attend more events especially gadget event? Well, best of luck for me. By September if nothing much change, I should start looking for new job desperately.

Oh should I start doing video regularly? Since I invested on it adi..LOL

Anyway don't worry, I still had more to share in my blog especially my awesome Hong Kong trip! :D

Oh look is May. Still can't believe and keep blinking my eye that yesterday is Labour Day and it finish used up in a speed of light. So, May, what's up? Still back to normal life. Need to work.

It seem my blog grow alot spiderweb recently. Yea, waiting The Amazing Spider Man 2! ;) Nah just kidding. Felt myself nothing much material to blog recently. I don't attend event as often as I do anymore. Is either I don't care it anymore or I just not exclusive enough to be invited. I guess it is both. Perhaps I should spend my free time to do some photography. Seriously, I still waiting for my HK trip. Been waiting for like forever :( Gonna have some changes in my life after the trip for sure.

This weeked gonna be critical day for all Malaysia Citizen. It is a day to determine our country future fate. I am pretty sure you guys seen this alot in youtube, facebook and also other main stream media. Which is the truth, which is the fake, I know you guys able to judge yourself. Don't just follow the wave, go and look yourself and judge it. Vote wisely. Remember, this is not for you yourself, but also for everyone in Malaysia including your future children, grandchildren, your wife, your ah gong ah ma ah yeh ah por and whoever dearest to you. Love is in the air

No, Not mine. Still long way to go for me to have courage and commitment to propose to le gf. Ok just jk. She gonna rip off my head if she see this. Nevertheless, just in 2 days I get news from friends that they are getting married! Nothing else to describe my feeling beside HAPPY :D One of them would be April & Charmaine and another 1 is my friend since childhood.

April proposed to Charmaine on her own birthday last 2 days. How sweet is it? She getting iPad mini and wedding as her birthday lolol. I guess this page gonna stay for more than a year :P So it is never too late for those who know them and comment in the page ;) GoGo!

Another childhood friend who currently at Sabah gonna marry next year too! Honestly everyone in the chat group are happy about it and spam none stop last night. He will be the first among us to give "red bomb". If you're wondering, everyone in the whatsapp groupchat are my childhood friends since primary school. Yea, I mentioned them alot time in my past blog post whenever we went vacation, birthday celebration or even yumcha.

Monday..What!?

No time, no motivation, no inspiration. Yes I am referring to my blog now.. Since CNY over I have to wake up every 6am to work. Thanks to stupid road construction and changes in Kota Damansara, all parking are fucked up. Last time reach office by 9.30am still has plenty of parking. Now? before 9 already finished. The parking pretty much shrink. Damn it! Wonder which son of bitch construct the road till like that. It even cause more jam than usual inside the area niasing..

Well, since it is still beginning of the year 2013, nothing much event i attended and for me to blog too (lol wut!? since when my blog is all about event!?)..well so lets talk about myself and some rant. Alot thing happens in on 1 month and it cause me to rethink whether it is good idea or not for me to continue what I am doing now. I got feeling I am getting off track from what I dream off and wanna do. Perhaps I shall give myself another year to see where and how far I am progressing. If it is off track for sure, gotta change track before accident happen. If you're wondering what I am talking about, I am referring to my job.

Ok enough to rant this. Four more months before my Hong Kong trips. I am excited seriously. My mind keep want a new camera to be bought and bring over there for shooting. Scumbag brain. In the same time with announcement of Nikon D7100, I am very looking forward for price drop in Nikon D7000 so that I can grab it. Again, scumbag brain and heart fall in love with Fujifilm - Be it X Pro 1, X-E1, X100s. In the same time, rumors Olympus is will release a mirrorless body that 100% compatible with it's ancestor four third lens also which mean I can fully utilize my Olympus 14-54mm f2.8-3.5 lens! Ohh why I no money to buy all!? :(

On phone side, HTC One and Sony Xperia Z in war in my mind now. Already disappointed on ASUS for trolling my padfone. Too bad scumbag Sony Malaysia is idiot in terms of marketing. HTC is still struggling. GOGO! Don't kalah to Samsung!

Blah whatever it is...I will wait till my HK trips over and until Q4 to decided. In the same time, wishing I could start save money for future plan. There is a business plan in my mind...hehehehe
