GAB’S Octoberfest High Finale

Octoberfest has officially ended and we welcome November already don't we? Guinness Anchor Berhad (GAB), the leading beer and stout company ended its month-long Oktoberfest celebration with a bang last weekend at Patio Bar & Lounge, Genting Highlands for two consecutive nights. Dubbed Oktoween, the two nights were celebrated together with Halloween and featured the official Oktoberfest beer in Germany – the Paulaner Oktoberfest Bier.

Yap Swee Leng, Marketing Director of GAB said “GAB is always committed to bringing more innovative drinking experiences to our consumers for all occasions. Beer aficionados were treated to two nights of fun-packed activities with German-infused food, and a vast selection of GAB’s award-winning beers - Tiger, Guinness, Heineken, Anchor, Kilkenny, Strongbow and Paulaner.

Gorgeous Oktoberfest brand ambassadors kept punter’s spirits high – snapping photos and engaging them in various fun activities like Chicken Dance Ala Thriller, Mr & Ms Oktoween Oppa Gangnam Style, Beer Stein Holding and Glass Swaying games.

A live band kept the crowd highly entertained throughout the two nights of GAB’s Oktoween celebrations. Patrons toasted loudly in German, “Prost!” while lucky winners of the games walked away with Oktoberfest collectible merchandises.

“GAB strongly believes in providing value added drinking experiences to our consumers through multiple engagement platforms such as Oktoberfest, St. Patrick’s Day and Arthur’s Day and we are proud that these three international events have now become permanent fixtures in Malaysia’s event calendar,” Swee Leng added.

That's conclude the awesome and epic month-long Octoberfest celebration! We shall celebrate again next year! Till then, Pros!!

Oktoberfest party @ The Clover Pub‏

The Octoberfest officially kick start! This whole month gonna be beer drinking season and grow beer belly. Nevertheless, I have my first official Octoberfest celebration at Clover Pub last Friday.

Too bad Clover Pub promotion is limited. We have to order 4 cup of beers and get a plate of food that only have 2 sandwiches, 3 sausages and 5 fish balls. The sausages is nice though.

Local band are performing on whole night but somehow some of them are pretty irritated.. When I feel the music/singing is irritated, mean they are bad singer for me. I believe everyone experiences the same on that night..ahaha

Anyway picture with friends time! Not much of us but we kinda enjoy small companies. It allowed us chit chat more.

GAB Octoberfest Food Pairing @ Station One Signature, Bandar Sunway

I was invited for the food pairing session as title below. Feel blessed for getting so many food review recently. This world too many nice food around and we live to eat..oh well at least for me :P

The event took place exactly on my birthday. Well if you read my birthday post you will know I got a surprise ambushed from friends. If you havent read, READ NOW! I demand! Muahahaha!!

Anyway, Station One Signature is doing “For The Love of Beer” promotion nationwide by purchasing 4 Tiger and 2 Guinness pints that come with 2 of the Top 10 snacks for only RM63.00 from Oct 1 to Oct 31. Isn't worth it?

Unfortunately I am little disappointed with the Hash Brown and Savory Lattice Fries. It doesn't taste good to begin with but it has everyone favourite..I wonder

GAB's Oktoberfest 2012 Media Launch @ The Social, Publika

It is October soon and it is one of my favourite month. Why? Because is my.. ahem go figure out yourself! Anyway October also mean Octoberfest is coming to town again! I was invited to GAB's Oktoberfest 2012 Media Launch last week at The Social, Publika.

The moment I reach there, grab a nice Strongbow for myself and meet up with friends around. Love the Strongbow taste and definitely one of my favourite beer. I have no chance to try other beer yet..soon maybe ;)

The event kick start with two emcee dressing like German maid. There is also a meter that known "Beer Love Meter" where fans need to shout to show some love. Once the meter reach maximum there is where the event will officially started!

Once the event started, first thing in mind, FOODS!!

While enjoying the foods around, two waitress approached our table and challenge Evelyn and Marcus. "I want to play a game" said them. Nah just kidding, I make up my own dialog. Both of them accepted the challenge to carried 4 1 Litres Ceramic mug!

Other than that, it was much pretty cool and chilling session with friends. We get to enjoy all the foods and beers together.

Octoberfest at GAB Tavern

I was invited to Octoberfest last Thursday at GAB Tavern. Finally, my first time being in Oktoberfest. Been complained by Sharon for not seeing me at all this whole month of Octoberfest XD..Brought Ken & Pennie along to enjoy the night with me ;)

Awesome food served to us. Too bad couldn't made it to 2nd round..i on healthy nutrition and healthy diet now ;/

 

 

The whole night we been entertained by the music performance and games. But what most importance is friends being there with beer ;) Having fun chit chatting with friends about job, camera, event etc etc.

 

 

 

oh yea i know i short LOL...well a very best night of the day. Next gonna be Hennessy Artistry where i am sure, all of us gonna enjoy it very much!
