Woman: 100 Launch at Italiannies

8 March was marked as Woman International day. I am invited to attend the launch at Empire Mall, Italiannies. A performance entitled LIPSTICK and elbowGREASE was performed to all audience that day.

The show started with a predule : WANITA:100 by YB Dato' Dr. Noorul Ainur Mohd. Nur, Secretary-General, Ministry of Woman, Family & Community Development.

Next, the first performance entitled It's A Maybe Kind of Thing was performed by Ning Baizura, Vanidah Imran, Lara Amelia Musa & Desiree Michelle Fernandez and script written by Christina Orow & Yasmin Khan started.

"Does being a certain age make you a woman?" Thats the question behind this performance.

A Woman in Question, was the second performance by Bella Rahim, Elaine Daly, Joanne Kam & Sofia Jane, written by Julya Oui. "The essential ingredients of a woman" is questioned in this show.

The third performance was Untuk Siapa, "Orang sangka kita jadi pembantu sebab kita ini bodoh", performed by Mislina Mustaffa and written by Bernice Chauly.

"Love and Betrayal. And Loyalty to our sisters" was in A Tale of 2 Ninjas, the fourth performance by 2 sister alike, Asha Gill and Susan Lankester. The script writer was by Harith Iskander.

Carmen Soo was performing on next play, entitled Airhead where "Being fearless can be hazardous when you're a minority". The script writer was Fay Khoo.

Aku Supermodel! Who dowan be a model rite? i bet this is every female dream nowdays ;P "Dont judge us by the masks that we wear", performed by Melissa Saila and Nanu Baharuddin. Writer? Reza Zainal Abidin.

Pursuit of Happiness is writen by Harriet. "Is happiness really what we were brought up to believe?". Performer of this show was Maya Tan Abdullah.

Finally, the last performance was Woman.Kind.
"A tribute to women of the world.
A solidarity that known no border."

Writen by Rachael Malai Ali, performed by everyone from the previous play.

Samantha Kong Birthday Dinner

It was my sis, Samantha birthday on 21st Dec at Sunway, Italiannies. As usual, friends will gathered around and had dinner with the birthday person. It seem like it have become a trend nowdays..

Anyway, this is my third time came to Italiannies. Din really order much the food since everyone seems not in eating mood. Nevertheless, this is what we ordered. All portion are for 4-6 person.

I guess it is Italiannies style that they alwiz ask the birthday person to stand on the chair and give their speech. Same things happen last time during Frank birthday last year. Thus, Samantha was given the honored to speak her speech to us.

Italiannies was generous enough to give free cake to us. In the same time, some of her friends prepared a cake for her as well.

Ok this post has nth to do wif Bukit Tinggi there. Just we went for movie after came back to KL. It was a terrible jam nearby 1U as in everyone went there to celeb christmas. Parking was fully occupied until we are instructed to park at illegal parking which become legal due to the special occasion..LOL

We queued up almost 15 min to get the tics. From my observation, all movie tics was running low around that time and booo!!! Jay Chou Treasure Hunter movie still got 150+ seats! I heard the movie sucks...hahahaha..ok i shouldn't mock d movie before any Jay fans kill me.

Anyway here the trailer for Alvin & the Chipmunks 2 : The Squeakquel :

In the "Alvin And The Chipmunks 2: The Squeakuel", pop sensations Alvin, Simon and Theodore end up in the care of Dave Seville's twenty-something nephew Toby (Zachary Levi). The boys must put aside music superstardom to return to school, and are tasked with saving the school's music program by winning the US$25,000 prize in a battle of the bands. But the Chipmunks unexpectedly meet their match in three singing chipmunks known as "The Chipettes" - Brittany, Eleanor and Jeanette. Romantic and musical sparks are ignited when the Chipmunks and Chipettes square off.

I know Chipettes sound like....nvm forget it..XD..Anyway I never watch the first 1 last year. However the movie is great and relaxing. Plot was expected for me. But i cant denied they are reli cute. My gf keep said "so cute so cute so cute" none stop when we watch together..haha

After movie, we went for our christmas dinner. Finally a proper dinner for us since Christmas Eve. I brought her to Italiannies Restaurant. The shop was fully occupied with ppl as well thus we need queued for around 15~20 min before seats available for us.

After dinner, we walk around for digestion due to overfeed to ourself. It was my best christmas celebration ever in my whole life. I get to went for vacation on this special occasion especially with the one i love =)

Frank Tan 21st Birthday Celebration

Frank birthday was on 24th Oct. However we celeb wif him last nite because he going back Sabah today. We met at Mid Valley and moved to Italiannies, Garden for dinner.

We ordered 3 type of pasta that for 4~6 ppl portion per plate. We ordered Angle Hair (vegetarian), Cheese Salmon Pasta and another Chicken Pasta.

It is great gathering as well as celebration. We plan to have trips on next month. Hopefully it's on till d time and it gonna be my very first trip wif them. Time to save money for that..heh..you guys rocks! =D
