* Awesome beef noodle from Lai Soong restaurant, RM8 per bowl *
But I guess once in a while going back to manual is fun. Shoot with Robin last weekend at Petaling Street with this lens while he using the Olympus 55mm f1.2 OM lens. Boys, using manual lens for street wasn't easy. No fast auto focus!! Manual focus while using magnifying function to check the focusing point really slow down the process alot. Hence, that explain why I shoot alot flowers instead LOL
Using the lens on my OM-D E-M1 is much easier compare to my old E-P3. The lens was heavy, fully metal built. However with E-M1, I had the larger grip to help me. Not to mentioned the additional FN button on E-M1 body allowed me set the setting to magnifying. Much easy, so convenience. But still need manual focus LOL
The lens is sharps, depth of field is beautifully rendered as well. I have no complain! It was a budget portrait lens I used to use it everytime until it has been replaced by 45mm f1.8. But taking it out to play once in a while really fun as old lenses perform differently than modern lenses.
As usual, C&C is welcome. If you're interested to shoot with me, come! :D
