Warrior Premier Screening

Date : Tuesday, September 20 2011
Venue: TGV, KLCC
Time: 9.00 PM

Courtesy of Churp Churp, i get to watch Warrior premier Screening. Brought Marilyn as my guest for d movie :)

The youngest son (Hardy) of an alcoholic former boxer (Nolte) returns home, where he's trained by his father for competition in a mixed martial arts tournament -- a path that puts the fighter on a collision corner with his older brother (Edgerton).

I bet everyone in the cinema have the same feeling as i am. The movie length was 2 hours and 20 min and the first hours can totally take your spirit away. Yes it was damn bored because all they did is just talking talking, establishing relationship, get to know what happen to them to the past. What make worst is, i dunno is my english bad or their accent is too heavy, i hardly understand what they speak ;/ no subtitle sighh..

The only part that can excited me was the fighting part on the next 1.5 hours, yea everyone do think the same. Love the fighting where is pretty realistic and badass. However, if you do read the summary of this movie, you can predict in the final of the competition both brothers will fight each other -___-" pretty spoiler LOL..and oh Kurt Angle make appearance in the movie!

Everyone said it has good brotherhood display in this movie but, i wasn't sure about it..maybe i do fell asleep during the first hour of the movie ;/ Double duration torture compare to Apollo 18 LOLL Anyway do catch up in cinema if you...feel like watching it LOL

Fright Night Premier Screening

Date : Monday, September 19 2011
Venue: Cathay CIneplex, e @ Curve
Time: 9.30 PM

Courtesy of Nuffnang, i get to watch Fright Night premier Screening. Brought Marilyn as my guest for d movie :)

Senior Charlie Brewster (Anton Yelchin) finally has it all going on: he's running with the popular crowd and dating the most coveted girl in his high school. In fact, he's so cool he's even dissinghis best friend. But trouble arrives when Jerry (Colin Farrell) moves in next door. He seems like a great guy at first, but there's something not quite right-but everyone, including Charlie's mom (Toni Collette), doesn't notice. After observing some very strange activity, Charlie comes to an unmistakable conclusion: Jerry is a vampire preying on the neighborhood. Unable to convince anyone, Charlie has to find a way to get rid of the monster himself in this Craig Gillespie-helmed revamp of the comedy-horror classic.

Another VAMPIRE movie! Din reli expect it nice at first but it turn out the movie quite entertaining and funny, rather than horror. However i am giving credits to the Vampire look. At least they done it right rather than some stupid movie where those vampire look like imp/gargoyle more.

Storyline was pretty predictable and some part are draggy. One of the best scene i love is the main heroin, Amy (Imogen Poots) use silver bullet shoot on the Jerry the Vampire and he said "werewolf?" haha joke of the night. FInally, i love Christopher Mintz-Plasse character in the movie, joker of the movie!

Vampire lover? watch this if u r ;)
